The Hawker 43 AH “pure lead” main ship battery
is now PMA’d for use in the Gulfstream III and IV.
 In May, 2004, a Hawker Sealed Lead Acid battery was PMA'd for the G-III and G-IV aircraft. Unique features of the Securaplane/Hawker battery is that it is a direct replacement for the existing Ni-Cad battery and does not require any modification to the existing charger or battery temperature system on the aircraft.
