HEP SLA batteries are certified by USDOT and IATA
as NON-HAZARDOUS for air transportation
to altitudes of 70,000 ft.
Compare this to standard "wet" Ni-Cad's.
You can save a great deal of time and money obtaining the HEP SLA battery
as well as cut down on the number of spares held in stock.
Batteries are classified as Non-Hazardous cargo in accordance with ICAO
special provision A67 and DoT Reg. 49CFR Section 173.159 classified as
Nonspillable.
